What catering options are available in the Espace Grand Public ?
3 restaurateurs will be present in the Espace Grand Public: Local Bar, Super Megève and Les Chefs s’Encanaillent.
They will be selling snacks and drinks.
Payment can be made by credit card or cash (no vending machines on site).
Please note that no alcoholic beverages will be sold to minors.
Will I be able to enter and leave the Festival?
All exits are final for 1-day general public tickets.
People with a wristband (= an Espace Club 1, 2 or 3-day ticket, or a Grand Public 2 or 3-day ticket) have free entry and exit.
Toilets and refreshments will be available on site.
Make sure you have everything you need to cover up in case of cold weather.
Is the Festival covered?
The Club Area will be held under a 600 sqm tent.
The Espace Grand Public is not sheltered.
Can I camp near the Festival?
No camping is allowed around the Festival. Campsites and hotels are available in and around Megève (see Practical info – Accommodation tab).
Can I put my things in the checkroom?
There is no checkroom on the Festival site.
Will I be able to take photos or videos?
You can take photos and videos during the Festival from the public areas, but access to the stage is forbidden.
Will there be seating?
There will be a few seats (around 40), with priority given to PRMs and the elderly.
Can I bring small children?
Access to the Festival is forbidden to children under the age of 3, and we strongly advise against children aged 3-6. Please bring ear protection (helmets, earplugs).
Can I access the Festival as a PRM?
Of course, the Festival is accessible to people with reduced mobility. You can buy a reduced-rate ticket at our ticket office. A few seats will be provided for you on site.
Can I bring my dog?
No animals are allowed on site, with the exception of guide dogs.

Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy :
– On our website https://megevebluesfestival.com/en/tickets/
– At the Scarlett Megève boutique (pedestrian zone)
– On Place de l’Eglise during Tremplins concerts, Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons
– On the Esplanade du Palais during evening events (subject to availability)
I haven’t received my tickets!
Go to the Ticketing page. Above the purchase module, you’ll find “Already ordered? Retrieve your tickets by clicking here”. Click on the link and follow the instructions.

I bought a reduced-rate ticket. Where do I send my proof?
You will be asked to show proof of purchase at the Festival entrance.
I received my ticket by email. What should I do with it?
You’ll need to present it at the Festival entrance, either on your smartphone (remember to download it beforehand) or on paper, with the bar code clearly legible.
I bought my ticket on a website other than yours. Is my ticket still valid?
Never buy your ticket from a website not approved by the Festival, or from a reseller. You run the risk of ending up with a fraudulent ticket, and you won’t be able to enter the Festival.
We only sell tickets on this website, www.megevebluesfestival.com, on Ticketnet (Fnac and Carrefour), and on site.
I can’t come, can you give me a refund?
We do not issue refunds.
